The Skinny on Sports

There are a bunch of reasons why I endorse sports participation. There's nothing like a 7am Saturday game to motivate a teenager to stay in on Friday and get a little sleep rather than go out and make bad decisions. The team also becomes a sort of family, providing mutual support and close friendship. And above all, as this article reminds us (with some data to back it up), sports do a body good.
