All Dairy Not Created Equal

Gotta love the kid who raises her hand and says that ice cream is a good source of calcium. It happens every single time I teach. My typical answer is: Yup, it's got calcium but nope, I don't really count it because of all of the sugar in there. Here's the more scientific (and articulate) answer.
