Timing Is Everything

Talk about timely!  I just came home from speaking and sat down to catch up on this week's articles. I spoke about how puberty is starting earlier and earlier, but brain development hasn't accelerated accordingly. In fact, there is a bigger divide than ever because girls often look older than they are so some people assume they are more mature as well.
