The Sequel to ADHD?

As if the diagnosis of ADHD hasn't been controversial enough over the years - underdiagnosis! overdiagnosis! medicating kids! and so on - now comes Sluggish Cognitive Tempo, sure to soon be known as SCT because everything must be acronym-ized. I have never heard of this diagnosis, so i have no clue whether or not it is real.
