EXERCISE MAKES YOUR BODY – AND BRAIN – FEEL AMAZING

Exercise, working out, activity: no matter what you call it, moving makes both your body and your brain feel great. Exercise gets blood flowing to your muscles, refreshing your whole body while helping you get fit. It also perks up your mood and decreases stress.

 

It even helps you sleep better, which in turn might help you get better grades. Exercise comes in a ton of different forms like…

  • Sports
  • Dancing
  • Bike riding
  • Bowling
  • Hiking
  • Swimming
  • Gardening
  • Martial arts
  • Running
  • Walking (or chasing) the dog
  • Just about anything other than sitting around!

It doesn’t matter what exercise you choose. Whether it’s a competitive sport or something solo for your own fun, you’re a winner if you’re just doing some sort of exercise at least one hour every day.
